Use the PREDOMINANT (MAJORITY) dent size on the panel - NOT the largest dent!

1. Set up lighting - Use LED light bar at shallow angle to reveal dents
2. Mark as you count - Use whiteboard marker to avoid double-counting
3. Count ALL dents - Include every dent regardless of size
4. Tally by size - Note how many of each size (S/M/L/XL)
5. Select MAJORITY size - Whichever size has the most dents
6. Enter total count - Enter the TOTAL number at the majority size

• Always use the industry-standard matrix - insurers expect it
• Take ALL 9 mandatory photos for faster approval
• Document each panel with close-up photos showing damage
• Be accurate - insurers may reinspect; padding quotes damages reputation
• Note any prior damage separately to avoid disputes
